RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Faayra, each piece is created with care and crafted in limited editions. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are committed to providing a transparent and fair return and exchange process.
Return & Exchange Conditions
Returns or exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

All original tags, labels, packaging, and attached materials must remain intact and undamaged

Items showing signs of use, alteration, damage, or missing components will not be accepted
If you decide not to keep the item and it has not been used, you may request a return or exchange in accordance with the conditions stated below.
Return Period
You have 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receiving your order to request a return or exchange, in accordance with Turkish consumer protection regulations.
Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via email within the return period.
Once your request is received, our customer support team will review it and provide you with detailed instructions regarding the return or exchange procedure.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Inspection & Approval
All returned items are carefully inspected upon receipt.
Approval of a return or exchange is subject to full compliance with the conditions outlined in this policy. Faayra reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet these requirements.
Refund Process
If a return is approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method used at checkout, in accordance with iyzico procedures and applicable regulations.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and banking institutions.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been worn, altered, damaged, or used are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Limited-edition items remain subject to the same inspection and approval process.
