DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

1. PARTIES

This Distance Sales Agreement has been concluded between the parties whose information is provided below, in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

By accepting this agreement, the BUYER acknowledges in advance that if they confirm their order, they will be obliged to pay the order amount and, if any, shipping, tax, and other additional fees.

2. DEFINITIONS

In the application of this agreement;

• LAW: The Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502,

• REGULATION: The Regulation on Distance Contracts,

• SELLER: The company that offers goods to the consumer within the scope of its commercial activities,

• BUYER: The real person who acquires goods or services for non-commercial purposes,

• SITE: The website www.faayrahouse.com belonging to the SELLER,

• GOODS: Movable goods subject to sale,

• AGREEMENT: This Distance Sales Agreement

shall mean.

3. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

The subject of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered by the BUYER electronically through the SELLER's website.

The prices on the Site are sales prices and are valid until updated.

4. PRODUCT INFORMATION

The type, quantity, main features, sales price, and payment information of the products are available on the SITE before and during the order.

5. DELIVERY

The ordered product will be delivered to the address specified by the BUYER within the legal period of 30 days at the latest. In case of force majeure, the BUYER will be informed.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The BUYER may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the product, without stating any reason and without paying any penalty.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the SELLER must be notified in writing (via e-mail) within this period.

7. PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED

The following products are excluded from the right of withdrawal:

• Products prepared according to the special requests of the BUYER

• Used, damaged, or products that have lost their resaleability

• Products whose return is not suitable for hygiene reasons

8. RETURN AND REFUND

If the right of withdrawal is exercised properly, after the product reaches the SELLER, the necessary checks are made, and if the return is approved, the product price will be refunded by the method of payment made.

The refund process may vary depending on the processing times of iyzico and the relevant banks.

9. PAYMENT

Payments are made by credit card or other payment methods specified on the SITE. The BUYER accepts the responsibilities arising from the contract with their bank for payments made by credit card.

10. AUTHORIZED COURT

In disputes arising from this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Istanbul Consumer Courts are authorized within the monetary limits announced by the T.R. Ministry of Trade.

11. EFFECTIVENESS

By completing the payment for an order placed through the SITE, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all the provisions of this Distance Sales Agreement.
