MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
About Membership:
To become a member of our site, simply go to our Member Transactions page and fill in the relevant sections. Entering your membership information accurately and completely is crucial to prevent potential problems during communication and delivery processes. Please fill in your information carefully and completely to ensure that products and services can be delivered to you quickly and smoothly.
The membership process is quite simple and fast. Becoming a member of the site does not mean that you are entering into any obligation. However, it is recommended to carefully read the Distance Sales Agreement before making a purchase. Members have the right to terminate their membership at any time.
Membership Cancellation:
The member has the right to terminate their membership at any time. Upon termination of membership, all relations between the member and the site cease.

In case of misleading information, fraud, misuse of the system, or detection of behavior contrary to general moral rules, FAAYRA TEKSTİL DIŞ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ reserves the right to immediately and unilaterally terminate the membership.
Member Security:

Limitation of Liability:
The Company cannot be held responsible for technical malfunctions, system problems, or interruptions and errors arising from third-party service providers.
The member cannot claim any damages from the Company arising from such reasons.
General Provisions:

The changes made are considered valid from the date they are published on the site.
