In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK, data subjects have the right to;

• Learn whether their personal data is processed,

• Request information if it has been processed,

• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,

• Know the third parties to whom it has been transferred in the country or abroad,

• Request rectification of incomplete or inaccurate data,

• Request erasure or destruction of data if the reasons requiring processing cease to exist,

• Object to the occurrence of an unfavorable outcome by means of automatic systems analysis,

• Request compensation for damages incurred due to unlawful processing

rights.

Application Method

You can submit your requests within the scope of KVKK to our Company in writing via the contact information below. Applications will be finalized within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days in accordance with Article 13 of the KVKK.
